A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE BALBOA PENINSULA PLANNING ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
• WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95 -32 establishing the Balboa Peninsula Planning
Advisory Committee establishes a sunset date of December 31, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to extend the term of the Committee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 95 -32 is
amended to establish the sunset date of the Balboa Peninsula Planning Advisory
Committee as April 30, 1996.
ADOPTED this 8th date of January . 1996.
