A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE
BALBOA PENINSULA PLANNING ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
• WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95 -32 established the Balboa Peninsula Planning Advisory
Committee and set a sunset date of December 31, 1995; and
WHEREAS, on January 8, 1996, the City Council amended Resolution No. 95 -32 to
establish a new sunset date of April 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to extend the term of the Balboa Peninsula Planning
Advisory Committee until August 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach to establish the sunset date of the Balboa Peninsula Planning Advisory Committee as August
31, 1996.
ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1996,
