A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
• OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE
FOR MUNCIPAL SERVICES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach adopted Resolution
97 -15 on February 10, 1997 establishing a Fee Schedule for municipal services; and
WHEREAS, it was the desire of the City Council to adjust the massage permit
fees prior to the effective date of the new massage permit fees; and
WHEREAS, it is not possible to adjust the massage permit fees prior to the
effective date of the new massage permit fees; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to temporarily establish the
massage permits fees at the level established prior to Resolution 97 -15 until the massage
permit fees can be adjusted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach resolves
that the massage permit fees in the City's Fee Schedule are amended as follows:
Massage Permit
Massage Permit
Massage Permit
Massage Permit
Technician $300.00
Operator $380.00
Off Premises $ 20.00
Transfer $ 20.00
Adopted this 10`" day of March, 1997.

I, LAVONNE M. HARKLESS, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California, do

resolution, being Resolution No. 97 -18, was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 10th
day of March, 1997, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
