RESOLUTION NO. 97 -67
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
THAT CERTAIN PARK PARCEL AS SET FORTH IN THE
TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 15012 AND RECORDED IN
BOOK 734, PAGES 13 -21 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS IN
THE OFFICE OF THE ORANGE COUNTY RECORDER.
• WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach approved Tract No. 15012 on April 8, 1996,
which established Lot 120 as a park parcel; and
WHEREAS, a separate offer of dedication has been tendered which describes the
terms of the dedication; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must accept the offer of dedication to complete the
dedication process; and
WHEREAS, the park parcel is legally described as Lot 120 of Tract No. 15012; and
• NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach accepts the dedication of the Park Parcel described as Lot 120 of Tract No. 15012; and
Res 97 -67
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute the
Resolution of Acceptance, to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange.
ADOPTED this 11th day of august 1997.
