RESOLUTION NO. 97 -81
A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
SUPPORTING THE SAN JOAQUIN HILLS TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR AGENCY
INFORMATIONAL AND DIRECTIONAL SIGN PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach ( "City") is a member of the San
Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency "(Agency "); and
WHEREAS, the Agency is desirous of installing informational and
directional signs on the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor ( "Corridor") as shown
on the attached Exhibit A to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City supports the efforts of the Agency to inform the
public of the destinations accessible via the Corridor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach concurs with the form ar
the sign in San Juan Capistrano includes
destination City.

resolution, being Resolution No. 97 -81, was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 24th
