A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-
117 BY EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE CITY COUNCIL
AD HOC AIRPORT COMMITTEE AND THE AVIATION
COMMITTEE TO DECEMBER 31, 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted a Resolution establishing the "City Council Ad
Hoc Airport Committee" and the "Aviation Committee" which set
forth the duties and responsibilities of those Committees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council Ai Hoc Airport Committee and
the Aviation Committee were previously required to each sunset on
December 31, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to extend the term of the City Council Ad Hoc Airport
Committee and the Aviation Committee to December 31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the terms of the City Council Ad
Hoc Airport Committee and the Aviation Committee be and hereby
are extended to December 31, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution establishing these Committees, and said provisions
shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 1985.
ADOPTED this 10th day of December , 1984.
