A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-
117 BY EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE BALBOA BAY
CLUB AD HOC COMMITTEE TO DECEMBER 31, 1985
• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted a Resolution establishing the "Balboa Bay Club
Ad Hoc Committee" which set forth the duties and responsibilities
of that Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Balboa Bay Club Ad Hoc Committee was
previously required to sunset on December 31, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to extend the term of the Balboa Bay Club Ad Hoc
Committee to December 31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the term of the Balboa Bay Club Ad
Hoc Committee be and hereby is extended to December 31, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution establishing this Committee, and said provisions shall
remain in full force and effect until December 31, 1985.
ADOPTED this 10th day of December , 1984.
