A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
84 -121 CHANGING MEMBERSHIP IN THE CANNERY
VILLAGE /MC FADDEN SQUARE SPECIFIC AREA PLAN
CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE FROM 12 MEMBERS
TO 13
WHEREAS, on September 24, 1984, the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach adopted Resolution No. 84 -121 establishing
the Cannery Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Citizens
Advisory Committee which, among other things, set the number of
citizens, with equal representation, to form such Committee at 12
members; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to add one member to the total number of committee
members for a total of 13 members in the Cannery Village /McFadden
Square Specific Area Plan Citizens Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the number of members required for
a Committee in the Cannery Village /McFadden Square Specific Area
Plan Citizens Advisory Committee be and hereby is increased to 13
members; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution establishing the Committee with all other provisions
remaining in full force and effect.
ADOPTED this 13th day of _ May , 1985.
