A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-
• 138 BY EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE MARINAPARK
MOBILE HOME CITY COUNCIL AD HOC COMMITTEE TO
JANUARY 1, 1986

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted a Resolution establishing the "Marinapark
Mobile Home City Council Ad Hoc Committee" which set forth the
duties and responsibilities of that Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Marinapark Mobile Home City Council Ad Hoc
Comnittee was previously required to sunset on July 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to extend the term of the Marinapark Mobile Home City
Council Ad Hoc Committee to January 1, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the term of the Marinapark Mobile
Home City Council Ad Hoc Committee be and hereby is extended to
January 1, 1986, or at such time as the final report of the
Committee is submitted to the City Council, whichever shall first
occur; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution establishing this Committee, and said provisions shall
remain in full force and effect until January 1, 1986.
