A RESOLUTION OF THE C I TY COUNC I L OF THE C I TY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-
• 121 EXTENDING THE CANNERY VILLAGE/MC FADDEN
SQUARE SPECIFIC AREA PLAN CITIZENS' AD HOC
COMMITTEE TERM TO DECEMBER 31, 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted Resolution No. 84 -121 establishing the
"Cannery Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Citizens' Ad
Hoc Committee" which set forth the duties and responsibilities of
that Committee; and
WHEREAS, the "Cannery Village /McFadden Square Specific
Area Plan Citizens' Ad Hoc Committee" was previously required to
sunset on June 30, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to extend the term of the "Cannery Village /McFadden
Square Specific Area Plan Citizens' Ad Hoc Committee" to December
31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the term of the "Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Citizens' Ad Hoc
Committee" be and hereby is extended to December 31, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution No. 84 -121 establishing this Committee, and said
provisions shall remain in full force and effect until December
31, 1985.
