HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-76 - Planning Commission Amendment 6210 RESOLUTION NO. 85 -76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING THE CORONA DEL MAR HOMES PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS SO AS TO ELIMINATE THE THIRD PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENT FOR TWO LOTS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT (LOTS 1 AND 2 OF BLOCK 531, CORONA DEL MAR) (Planning Commission Amendment No. 621) WHEREAS, Section 20.51.045 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code provides that final amendments to a Planned Community Development Plan must be approved by a Resolution of the City Council, setting forth full particulars of the amendment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 22, 1985, at which time this amendment to the Planned Community Development Standards for the Corona del Mar Homes site was discussed; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission adopted a resolution recommending to the City Council the approval of this amendment to the Corona del Mar Homes Planned Community Development Standards, as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 22, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that said amendment to the Planned Community Development Standards for the Corona del Mar Homes Planned Community, as set forth in the Planning Commission minutes of the August 22, 1985 meeting is desirable and necessary; and WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has conducted a public hearing on the proposed amendment in accordance with all provisions of the law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach hereby approves the proposed amendment to the Planned Community Development Plan for the Corona del Mar Homes Planned Community Development Standards, as reflected in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 22, 1985.
