RESOLUTION NO. 86 -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER
84 -78 AND TERMINATING THE CITY COUNCIL CANNERY
VILLAGE /MC FADDEN SQUARE SPECIFIC AREA PLAN
REVIEW AD HOC COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
adopted Resolution No. 84 -78 establishing the City Council
Cannery Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Review Ad Hoc
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has extended the term of the City Council Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Review Ad Hoc
Committee to June 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
intends to commence public hearings on the Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
desires to terminate the City Council Cannery Village /McFadden
Square Specific Area Plan Review Ad Hoc Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the City Council Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Review Ad Hoc
Committee be and is hereby terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 84 -78 is
hereby rescinded.
