A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING THE BAYVIEW PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
SO AS TO ESTABLISH PROVISIONS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN RECIPROCAL SIDE YARD EASEMENTS
IN AREA 2 OF THE PLANNED COMMUNITY
(Planning Commission Amendment No. 644)
• WHEREAS, Section 20.51.045 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that final amendments to a Planned Community Development Plan must be
approved by a Resolution of the City Council, setting forth full particulars of
the amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Janu-
ary 8, 1987, at which time this amendment to the Planned Community Development
Standards for the Bayview site was discussed; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission adopted a
Resolution recommending to the City Council the approval of this amendment to
the Bayview Planned Community Development Standards, as set forth in the
minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 8, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that said amendment to
the Planned Community Development Standards for the Bayview Planned Community,
as set forth in the Planning Commission minutes of the January 8, 1987 meeting
is desirable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has conducted a public hearing on
the proposed amendment in accordance with all provisions of the laws
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach hereby approves the proposed amendment to the Planned Community
Development Plan for the Bayview Planned Community Development Standards, as
reflected in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 8, 1987.
ADOPTED this 9th day of February , 1987.
