A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH EXTENDING THE TERMINATION DATE OF
THE NEWPORT CHANNEL BRIDGE AD HOC COMMITTEE TO
MAY 13, 1987
• WHEREAS, on January 26, 1987 the City Council adopted Resolution No.
87 -20 creating the Newport Channel Bridge Ad Hoc Committee; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87 -20 provided that the term of the ad hoc com-
mittee is to expire on April 13, 1987 unless extended by action of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, an additional period of time is needed for the committee to
complete its work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the term of the ad hoc committee is
extended by 30 days, to May 13, 1987.
