A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING REGISTRATION
FEES FOR SOLICITING AND PEDDLING BUSINESSES
• WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -22 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -22 stated that registration
fees for soliciting and peddling businesses shall be established
by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
registration fees for soliciting and peddling businesses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the registration
fees to be charged for soliciting and peddling businesses:
$225.00 per year.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
