RESOLUTION NO„ 87 -99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C :OUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -27 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -27 stated that permit
application for going out of business sale shall be established
by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
permit application fees for going out of business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the permit
application for going out of business fees: $25.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
