RESOLUTION NO. 87 -121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -24 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -24 stated that convenience
and necessity fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application for certificate of public convenience and necessity
fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the business
license fees to be charged for application for certificate of
public convenience and necessity as taxi or vehicle for hire:
$100.00 plus $11.00 per vehicle.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
