A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEE
FOR TOW TRUCKS
• WHEREAS, Resolution Number 9681 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on November 26, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.13.050
stated that application fees for tow trucks shall be established
by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for tow trucks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established:
$100.00, plus $20.00 per vehicle.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
