A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEE
FOR TOW OPERATOR PERMIT
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 1809 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 11, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.13.150
stated that application fees for tow operator permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for tow operator permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established: $35.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
