RESOLUTION NO. 87 -125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
FOR THE KOLL CENTER NEWPORT PLANNED COMMUNITY
(Planning Commission Amendment No. 649)
WHEREAS, Section 20.51.045 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that final amendments to a Planned Community Develop-
ment Plan must be approved by a Resolution of the City Council,
setting forth full particulars of the amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing
on June 18, 1987, at which time it considered a certain amendment to
the Planned Community District Regulations for the Koll Center New-
port Planned Community so as to.permit support commercial uses in all
of the office areas of the Planning Community; and
WHEREAS, at the June 18, 1987 public hearing, the Planning
Commission adopted a Resolution recommending to the City Council that
a certain amendment to the Planned Community District Regulations for
the Koll Center Newport Planned Community Development, as set forth
in the Planning Commission minutes of the June 18, 1987 meeting, be
adopted; and
WHEREAS the City Council finds and determines that said
amendment to the Planned Community District Regulations for the Koll
Center Newport Community, as set forth in the Planning Commission
minutes of the June 18, 1987 meeting, is desirable; and
• WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has conducted a public
hearing on the proposed amendment in accordance with all provisions
of the law;

• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the

City of Newport Beach hereby approves the proposed. amendment to the
Planned Community District Regulations for the Koll Center Newport
Planned Community Development, as reflected in the Planning Commis-
sion minutes of the June 18, 1987 meeting.
ADOPTED this 27th day of July , 1987.
