• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6459
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6459 adopted by the City Council on November 14,
1966, established a three -hour time limit parking on portions of Dana Road and
Flagship Road; and
WHEREAS, additional private parking has been constructed in the area
thereby reducing the demand for street parking for employees; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the area have requested the removal of the
parking restriction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 6459 is hereby
repealed.
