HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-46 - Filing, Appeals & Other Fees Relating toRESOLUTION NO. 88 -46 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING FILING, APPEALS AND OTHER FEES RELATING TO ZONING ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 20 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, TO BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1988 AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 87 -92. WHEREAS, Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code provides for establishing of filing, appeals and other fees related to zoning actions by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the recommended fees and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach that the following Schedule of Fees for filing, appeals and other fees relating to zoning actions in connection with Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code: Section 20.01.070E $ 812.00 Specific Area Plan Areas - Site Plan Review Fee Section 20.30.035D(5) $ 744.00 Off -Site Parking Agreement Section 20.30.040C(5) $ 744.00 Off -Site Parking Agreement Section 20.50.030A $4,090.00 Planned Residential Development - Use Permit Section 20.50.030A Use Permit Amendment $1,788.00 Section 20.51.035 $4,090.00 Planned Community Application Section 20.51.035 $1,788.00 Planned Community Development- - Amendment to the Development Plan or Use Permit Section 20.80.030 $ 867.00 Application for Use Permit Section 20.80.070A $ 325.00 Appeal of Use Permit Section 20.81.050C $ 251.00 Application for Modification Section 20.81.070B $ 610.00 Appeal of Modification to Planning Commission Section 20. 1.070E(1) $ 325.00 _ Appeal of Modification to City Council Section 20.82.020A $ 867.00 Variance 1 Section 20.82.060A $ 325.00 Appeal of Variance to City Council Section 20.84.020 $1,788.00 Amendment to Zoning Section 20.84.050 $ 325.00 Appeal of Zoning Amendment • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned schedule of fees shall become effective as of July 1, 1988. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council may, at its discretion, waive all or a portion of the Planning Department development fees set forth in this :resolution for projects with low and moderate income housing; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 87 -92 is hereby rescinded.
