A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION,
1988 EDITION; CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DESIGN CRITERIA FOR
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION, 1988 EDITION; AND CITY OF NE
BEACH STANDARD SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND STANDARD DRAWINGS
WHEREAS, the Public

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach hereby adopts said publications as the minimum standards to be
followed for the design and construction of public works improvements within the
City of Newport Beach and for projects requiring a Harbor Permit.
