A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEE FOR
ESCORT SERVICE PERMIT.
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for escort service permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach as follows:

The following fees are established: $172.00.

Code Section 5.90.020A
states that application
fees for escort
service permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for escort service permits.
