A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A FEE
FOR AN APPEAL PERTAINING TO AMATEUR
RADIO ANTENNA PERMITS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 88 -6 pertaining to Amateur Radio
Antennas was adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
• Beach on March 28, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Section 20.77.060 of Ordinance Number 88 -6 states that
reasonable fees for an appeal to the Planning Commission or City
Council shall be established by resolution of the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that $325.00 is a
reasonable fee for an appeal to the Planning Commission or City
Council pertaining to amateur radio antenna permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
The fee of $325.00 is established as the fee to be charged for
an appeal to the Planning Commission or City Council pertaining to
amateur radio antenna permits.
ADOPTED this 9th day of January , 1989.
