MINUTES
July 28, 1997
1. Call the meeting to order.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Debay at 5:00 p.m. The roll call
was as follows:
Present: O'Neil, Thomson, Hedges, Noyes, Mayor Debay
Absent: Glover, Edwards
2. Election of Officers.
Motion by Council Member O'Neil to elect the Mayor as Chairperson, the
Mayor Pro Tem as Vice - Chairperson, the City Manager as Secretary, and the
Administrative Services Director as the Treasurer of the Corporation for the
1997 -98 fiscal year. Without objection, the motion carried by
acclamation.
3. Financial Report by the Treasurer of the Corporation.
Treasurer Dennis Danner provided a brief synopsis of the financial report as
outlined in the staff report.
4. Adjourn - 5:08 p.m.
