A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
RESOLUTION 87 -118 ESTABLISHING
APPLICATION FEE FOR TELEPHONIC ALARM
PERMIT.
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 87 -17.8 was adopted by the City
• Council of the City of Newport Beach on July 13, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.48.080 stated
that application fees for telephonic alarm permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for telephonic alarm permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established: $120.00
ADOPTED this 26th day of June _, 1989.
