A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING THE
APPLICATION FEE FOR TELEPHONIC ALARM
PERMIT FOR SECTION 5.49.030 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 1898 was adopted by the City Council
• of the City of Newport Beach on January 11, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.49.030 stated
that application fees for telephonic alarm permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for telephonic alarm permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established:
Application fee for residential alarm systems: $50.00
Application fee for commercial alarm systems: $50.00
Annual renewal application for commercial
alarm systems: $10.00
ADOPTED this 26th day of June , 1989.
