A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH INCORPORATING STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF JAMBOREE BETWEEN SAN
JOAQUIN HILLS ROAD AND PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY INTO
THE NEWPORT BEACH STREET SYSTEM.
• WHEREAS, the Irvine Company has granted the City an
easement for street and highway purposes across portions of their
property located along the west side of Jamboree Road between San
Joaquin Hills Road and Pacific Coast Highway; and
WHEREAS, the Grant of Easement: requires the City to accept
the dedicated area into the City's street system by formal
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the easement for street and highway purposes is
consistent with plans, policies and ordinances of the City of
Newport Beach.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street and highway
easement described in Exhibit A, and. depicted in Exhibit B, is
hereby formally incorporated into the street system of the City of
Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989.

That portion of block 55 of the Irvine's Subdivision, in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California per
map filed in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps, in the
• office of the Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Parcel 1 - Street & Highway Easement
Commencing at the intersection of the center line of San
Joaquin Hills Road with the center :Line of Jamboree Road, as
shown on Parcel Map Resubdivision No. 501 filed in Book 81, page
8 to 9 inclusive of Parcel Maps, records of said County, Said
point being on a curve concave northwesterly with a radius-of
6016.00 feet, thence southwesterly along the centerline of Jambo-
ree Road through a central angle of 1 °11'58", an arc length of
125.94 feet; thence radial to said point N49 915153 11W, 66.00 feet
to a point on a curve concave northwesterly with a radius of 5950
feet, said point also being on the northerly line of the existing
right of way for Jamboree Road, as described in deed recorded in
Book 7964, page 631 of Official Records, said point being the
True Point of Beginning and designated as "T.P.O.B." on Exhibit B
attached hereto; thence southwesterly along said right of way
line through a central angle of 2 °4613711, an arc length of 288.38
feet; thence S43 °30144 "W, 861.01 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southeasterly with a radius of 1266.00
feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 8 94811611, an arc length of 194.54 feet; thence tangent
to said curve 5340 42128" W, 622.44 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave northwesterly with a radius of 1534.00
feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 14 °3712311, an arc length of 391.51 feet; thence tangent
to said curve S49 919151" W, 392.10 feet along said right of way
line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly
with a radius of 1666.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 6 °0611211, an arc length of
177,47 feet to a point on the easterly boundary of Parcel 1 as
shown on map filed in Book 61, Page 5 of said Parcel Maps; thence
N16 °35113" W, 2.31 feet along said easterly boundary to a point
on a curve concave southeasterly with a radius of 1668.00 feet,
radial to said point bears N46 °43157" W; thence northeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of '6 °03'48", an arc

beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly with a radius
of 1532.00 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 14 03712311, an arc length of 391.00 feet; thence
