RESOLUTION NO. 90 -1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING THE NORTH FORD /SAN DIEGO
CREEK PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, SO
AS TO ALLOW CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
SUCH AS TRELLIS AND BEAM CONSTRUCTION, PATIOS, POOLS
AND SPAS, WITHIN RECIPROCAL SIDE YARD EASEMENTS.
(Planning Commission Amendment No. 691)
WHEREAS, Section 20.51.045 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that amendments to a Planned Community Development Plan must be approved
by a Resolution of the Planning Commission setting forth full particulars of the
amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing on
November 9, 1989, at which time this amendment to the Planned Community
Development Standards for North Ford /San Diego Creek was discussed; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Commission adopted a
Resolution recommending to the City Council the approval of this amendment to the
North Ford /San Diego Creek Planned Community Development Standards, as set forth
in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of November 9, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has conducted a public hearing on
the proposed amendment in accordance with all provisions of the law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach hereby approves the proposed amendment to the Planned
Community Development Plan for the North Ford /San Diego Creek Planned Community
Development Standards, as reflected in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of November 9, 1989.
ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1990.
