A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING SIGN PERMIT AND
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING RECORD FEES IN CONNECTION
WITH TITLE 15 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
TO BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1990 AND RESCINDING NO.
89 -54.
• WHEREAS, Title 15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
established Sign Permit Fees relating to buildings and construction
within the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the Application and Permit Fees as set forth in
Title 15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code are to be set by
Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees recommended
by the City Manager and finds them to be fair, equitable and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, that the following Schedule of Fees for
Application and Permit Fees in connection with Title 15 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code is established:
Section 15.16.060
Exception Permit Application $317.00
Section 15.35.040
Fees - Residential Building Record $ 58.00
Section 15.37.020
Approval in Concept $ 31.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said fees shall become effective
July 1, 1990.
ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1990.
