RESOLUTION NO. 91- 70
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING CERTAIN FEES
AUTHORIZED BY TITLE 5, TITLE 7 AND TITLE 12 OF
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO BECOME
EFFECTIVE JULY It 1991.
WHEREAS, Title 5 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes certain fees relating to licensing and regulation of
businesses within the City of Newport Beach, which fees are to be
set by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees recommended
by the City Manager, and finds them to be fair, equitable and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach that the following schedule of fees for
application and permit fees in connection with Title 5 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code is established:
