RESOLUTION NO. 91- 90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE FOR RETAIL SALE OF FIREARMS
PURSUANT TO NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 5.80.040.
WHEREAS, Section 5.80.040 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that an annual license fee for retail sale of firearms
shall be established by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the fees set forth hereinafter represent the
administrative cost of issuing the license for retail sale of
firearms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
1. A fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) is hereby
established as the annual license fee for retail sale of firearms.
ADOPTED, this 26th day of August , 1991.
