A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING FEES AUTHORIZED BY
TITLE 12 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
TO BECOME EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1993.
• WHEREAS, Title 12 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes fees relating to solid waste hauling businesses
operating within the City of Newport Beach, which fees are to be
set by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees recommended
and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport
Beach that
the
following schedule of
fees
for
application
and permit
fees
in connection with Title
12 of
the
Newport Beach Municipal Code is established:
Section 12.63.030
Solid Waste Permit Application $600.00
1. All prior Resolutions adopting fees adopted by this
Resolution are hereby superseded.
2. The fees adopted by this Resolution are effective as of
January 1, 1993.
