RESOLUTION NO.94 -45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF THAT CERTAIN PARK SITE
AS DEDICATED PER TRACT NO. 14533
WHEREAS, on the recorded map of Tract No. 14533 dedicates a park site in fee to the
City of Newport Beach described as follows:
Lot 'G' as shown on map of Tract No. 14533 filed in Book 710, Pages 34 through 37 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, on June 13, 1994 the City Council of the City of Newport Beach determined
it is in the interest of the City of Newport Beach to accept the dedication and authorized the City
Manager to execute a Certificate of Acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach that the dedication of the Park Site is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
Certificate of Acceptance, to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange.
ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1994.
