RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING THE ANNUAL PIER FEE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 17.33.030 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Section 17.33.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code provides
that an annual pier fee is established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all fees recommended by the City
Manager and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach hereby establishes the following schedule of Fees as the amounts to be deposited
with the City pursuant to Section 17.33.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code:
A. Non - Commercial Piers $70.00
B. Commercial Piers over City Tidelands $ .26 /square foot
ADOPTED the 27th day of June, 1994.
