A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH RELATING TO ITS
REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2010
WHEREAS, Section 407 of the City of Newport Beach's City Charter directs that the City
hold regular meetings at least twice each month; and
WHEREAS, the Charter also directs that the times and dates of the meeting be set by
Ordinance or Resolution; and
WHEREAS, planning for the 2010 Calendar Year obligates the City to adopt a 2010
Calendar early in the year; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach that it hereby adopts the
following schedule for its regular meetings in Calendar Year 2010:
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS — 2010
• January 12 and 26
• February 9 and 23
• March 9 and 23
• April 13 and 27
• May 11 and 25
• June 8 and 22
• July 6 and 27
• August 10
• September 14 and 28
• October 12 and 26
• November 9 and 23
• December 14
ADOPTED this 26"' day of January, 2010.

I, Leilani I. Brown, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California, do hereby

being Resolution No. 2010 -7 was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by the City
Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 26th day of
January, 2010, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
