Additionally, the applicant is requesting that the item be removed from the consent calendar and the public hearing re- opened on the item. Based on comments from City Council Members at the March 6, 2014 City Council Hearing it appears that there is a desire from Council to have clarification on the change of use and availability /replacement of postal uses in the area. It is the intent of the applicant to provide this information and present the facts at the rescheduled hearing.
