Canyon Crest Estates HOA urges City Council to accept city
Zoning Committee recommendation to fund landscape screening in
the expansion plan. See #8 on Consent Calendar.
Zoning Committee recommendation:
"All landscape materials and irrigation systems shall be
maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan.
Prior to issuance of building permits, the landscape plan
SHALL BE REVISED to include additional landscaping
to screen the storage building from the Canyon Crest
complex Property. All landscaped areas shall be
maintained in a healthy and growing condition and shall
receive regular pruning, fertilizing, mowing and trimming. All
landscaped areas shall be kept free of weeds and debris. All
irrigation systems shall be kept operable, including
adjustments, replacements, repairs, an cleaning as part of
regular maintenance."
