Scope of Amendments The proposed the land Use Element Amendment consists of changes to: 1. Designations on Land Use Plan maps; 2. Land use capacity (Table LU2, Anomaly Locations); 3. Policies and related text; 4. Glossary; and 5. Implementation Programs.
