Policy 7.13.11 Corona del Mar Traffic By -Pass Plan
Through one or more Development Agreements address funding to 1°^,r„p:m,e,s
analyze a Corona del Mar traffic by -pass plan to divert vehicular traffic and limit
traffic congestion in the Corona del Mar area. The by -pass plan shall, among
other things, identify traffic measures that -divert traffic on surface streets, such
as new signage, and also pursues the reduction or elimination of the tolls on the
San Joaquin Hills Toll Road from Newport Coast Drive to the west, and be
implemented only if it is determined to be consistent with the City's Circulation

the Development Agreement for any project that uses any or all of the - 500,000
SF of office, 50,000 SF of regional commercial, and /or 500 dwelling units
identified in Table LL12 (Anomaly Location 84)(Imp 16.2).
