• Identify needs to improve multi -modal (vehicle,
bicycle and pedestrian) flow of local and regional
traffic
• Widen Newport Blvd - One additional lane in both
directions (northbound /southbound)
• Add on- street bicycle lanes
• Construct new landscape medians
