AFFAIRS CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATION
Confirm Mayor Pro Tern Thomson's appointment of Philip Lugar as the at -large
member for District 7 to the Environmental Quality Affairs Citizens Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND
On January 25, 1999 Earl McDaniel was appointed as the Chairman for the
Environmental Quality Affairs Citizens Advisory Committee. His appointment as
chairman required that he vacate his at -large seat for District 7.
