Unless otherwise noted, all new terms will be effective on July 1, 1999 with an expiration date of June 30, 2003. The incumbents listed are eligible for reappointment. Voting will be by paper ballot with the results, including the vote tally, to be tabulated and announced by the City Clerk upon conclusion of the voting process.
