RE: FUNDING REQUEST FROM CITIZENS FOR JOBS & THE ECONOMY
(CJ &E) FOR $150,000 TO UTILIZE FOR EL TORO LOBBYING
EFFORTS
SUGGESTED ACTION:
Consider request and provide direction.
ANALYSIS:
Two months ago the City Council approved a CJ &E funding request for $200,000. That
request did not include money for a Washington D.C. lobbying effort. Council may want
to provide partial funding to this request now, with the balance at a future date.
