SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AFFAIRS
CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
RECOMMENDATION
Confirm Council Member Adams' appointment of Richard Rivett as the District 4 member -at-
large to the Environmental Quality Affairs Citizens Advisory Committee (EQAC).
BACKGROUND
Council Member Adams contacted the City Clerk's Office on October 20, 1999, to make the
following appointment to EQAC:
District 4 (Member -at- large) Richard Rivett
District 4 member -at -large Sandra Glaser resigned in August of 1999.

of a city we have for the next 50 years or longer.
