S29. Request for Funding of Structural Repairs of the OASIS Senior Center.
Action: Approve a budget amendment (BA -048) to appropriate funds from the
General Fund - Fund Balance to the Capital Improvement Project Account
7011- C4120538 - OASIS Senior Center Improvements, to undertake the
critical structural repairs of the OASIS Senior Center.
S30. Balboa Bay Club (BBC) Lease Option Extension Request Proposed Amendment.
Action: Authorize preparation of a formal amendment to the option to lease
consistent with the proposal and authorize execution of the proposed
amendment by the Mayor.
