1. CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR. (4:00 P.M.)
2. AD HOC HARBOR COMMITTEE REPORT. (4:15 P.M.)
Action: Receive and file the written report from the Harbor Committee and decide
whether to proceed with further action.
3. SAN JOAQUIN RESERVOIR CAPACITY TRANSFER. (4:45 P.M.)
Action: Direct staff to work with IRWD to establish conditions for the transfer to
IRWD of the City's rights in the San Joaquin Reservoir.
4. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE - DISCUSSION OF EXISTING GENERAL
PLAN. (5:10 P.M.)
Action: Discussion of General Plan possible changes.
