CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR. (4:00 P.M.)
PRESENTATION BY TWO OF THE CITY'S INVESTMENT ADVISORS. (4:15 P.M.)
Action: Receive and file the reports from two of the City's four investment advisors
regarding the results of investment activities for the first quarter of 2000.
SAN JOAQUIN RESERVOIR CAPACITY OFFER TO PURCHASE. (4:45 P.M.)
Action: Direct staff to work with IRWD to establish conditions for the transfer to
IRWD of the City's rights in the San Joaquin Reservoir.
JOINT MEETING WITH THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES. (5:15 P.M.)
Action: Conduct joint meeting to discuss the following:
1. Library Strategic Planning Process
Commitment to Excellence: Library Services 2000 -2005
2. Expanded Services to Youth
3. Library Survey and Hotline
4. Special Collections and Special Events
5. Distinguished Speakers Lecture Series on April 28, 2000 featuring
Tom Brokaw
6. Open Discussion of Issues Concerning City Council and Trustees
Including Parking, Budget Concerns, Annexation, Etc.
