INFORMATION NOTICE OF CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY
ONLY: ABSENCE FROM SEPTEMBER 261h COUNCIL MEETING
ISSUE: Both the City Manager and the City Attorney will be absent from the
September 20h City Council Meeting.
Both the City Manager and the City Attorney will miss the September 26th
Council meeting due to vacation plans which have been made far in advance.
The City Manager plans to be off from September 22nd - September 29th. His
son will be married in Napa Valley on September 23rd and he has long planned
a vacation to Montana with family members who will be attending the wedding.
The City Attorney will be gone from September 20 - October 6th on a long
planned vacation to Europe. Neither expects their absence to affect the items
listed for the Council meeting agenda and support staff are fully capable of
handling issues which may arise in their absence.
